How To Plan a Successful Spa Visit 

Age Requirement

eména spa is available to all guests 18 years and older

Arrival

We recommend that you arrive 30 min prior to your appointments so you may relax and enjoy the full emena spa experience. We will provide you with a robe and slippers while visiting our spa.

Service Provider Preference

When scheduling your treatments, please let us know if you prefer a male or female therapist .  

Storing Valuables

Our lockers have personal keys, however for your increased comfort, we recommend you leave your valuable personal items at home or in your hotel room. Emena Spa is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Cancellation or Rescheduling a Spa Reservation

Should you need to reschedule your spa service please notify us 4 hours  prior to your service.

Should you need to cancel your appointment, we ask you to provide us with a 24 hour notice.  In the event you wish to cancel your appointment within the 24 hour grace period you will be charged 100% of the service price.  

Special Health Considerations

Guests with medical conditions are advised to consult with their doctors prior to booking any spa services.  Before partaking in any treatment, please inform us of any prior medical conditions or concerns.   This includes pregnancy, sunburn, allergies or special concerns you may have.

Payment

We accept most major credit cards. A valid matching ID must be present at the time of check out if you are paying with a credit card.  Personal and travelers checks are not accepted.  When posting payments to your room you must be listed as an active signer on the room account.  

Service Charge  

A 20% service charge will be added to the full value of spa services for your convenience.

Hours of Operation

eména spa is open 7 days a week.  Our hours of operation are 9 am-7 pm.   All though walk-in appointments are welcomed we strongly recommend that you schedule an appointment prior to arriving onsite.
